...n: justify;">Aspergillus niger lipase was employed in transesterification of used cooking oil into biodiesel. Fungus cultivated in molasses mineral medium with tryptone as the nitrogen source for 5 days at 37 °C and 6.0 pH, strain produced a maximum lipase concentration of 29.39 (U/mL). Effect of metal ions, pH, pH stability, temperature, and thermostability on lipase activity were examined. Transformation of used oil into biodiesel was carried out by empl...

...s flavus and Aspergillus niger). Our results confirmed the formation of
AgNPs with size <100 nm. Antibacterial activity of lavender mediated AgNP was highly
significant, followed by artichoke mediated AgNP and Alkanet AgNP. However, in contrast,
Artichoke mediated AgNP showed significant activity against plant fungal strains, followed
by Alkanet AgNP, and finally by Lavender mediated AgNPs. We concluded that t...

...dicated that Aspergillus niger isolated from soil sample collected from agricultural area produced remarkable zone diameter and culture colony diameter. The remaining strains showed variable results for enzyme production. Laccase enzyme production was carried out by screened strain of Aspergillus niger under submerged fermentation technique. Optimization of different cultural parameters that influence laccase enzyme biosynth...
