...body titers pre and post lasota vaccination and by vaccination challenge experiment, more over no (CAV) shedding was observed in progeny chicks at early stage of breeding period. In this stage CAV shedding was recorded to be most using CAV VPI PCR assay. These results support the evidence that vaccination of breeders flock with the live attenuated (CAV) vaccine could be an effective means of control of chicken anemia virus induced clinical disease.
