Thin blood smear stained with Giemsa stain (10%) show T. evansi between red blood cells of camel (X 100).

It shows the PCR amplification results of internal transcribed spacer1 gene (ITS1) of Trypanosoma Evansi isolated from Camel blood. Agarose gel picture appears the PCR product bands with molecular weight of 150 bp. (M) refers to (3000 bp) DNA ladder, (1) positive control. (2) Negative control. (3-64) some of PCR results of blood samples.
