Phylogenetic tree for N gene 351bp of PPRV. The evolutionary history was inferred using the Neighbor-joining method. The bootstrap consensus tree inferred from 1000 replicates. The evolutionary distances were computed using the maximum composite likelihood method. This analysis involved 49 nucleotide sequences. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA ×(10.2.6).
