Multiplex PCR showed samples were positive for E. coli, ORT, M. meleagradis, and M. gallisepticum at the specific amplification of 720, 625, 422 and 300 bp fragment, respectively. All samples were negative for P. aeruginosa and P. multocida at the specific amplification of 956 and 460 bp fragment, respectively.
