Based on pol gene, the phylogenetic analysis was constructed using studied HIVs and previously characterized strains representing different subtypes originating from the globe. The phylogeny tree was constructed using neighbor-joining method in MEGA version 6 software. The under-study HIV strains are highlighted as black circle.
