PCR product the band size 500 18SrRNA. The product was electrophoresed on 1.5% agarose at 70 volt/cm2. 1x TBE buffer for 1:30 hours. N: DNA ladder (100), lane (1-2) represent (Leishmania ttropica). PCR product of band size 500bp, visualized under U.V light.
