Epidemiology of Mycoplasma Infections in Animals
The primary aim of this special issue is to encapsulate research on different epidemiological aspects of mycoplasma infections and their diagnosis mainly in small (sheep, goat) and large (cattle, buffalo) ruminants; however, it may also include unusual hosts, wild ruminants, different avian species, cats, dogs etc. This special issue will provide an opportunity to researchers for sharing knowledge on the epidemiology of mycoplasma infections including frequency, occurrence, prevalence, incidence, risk factors, vertical and horizontal transmission along with investigation of disease outbreaks, control and prevention strategies, and their diagnostic approaches. This will be useful resource for the veterinarians, animal owners, farm managers, epidemiologists, academicians, researchers and policy makers in devising the strategies for the prevention, control and diagnosis of mycoplasmosis in different animal species.
This special issue invites research papers, reviews, short communications, and success stories related to epidemiology of mycoplasma infections in sheep, goats, cattle, buffaloes, cats, dogs and wild animals.
