Phylogenetic analysis based on partial F gene sequencing. Isolates used in the present study highlighted with star along with Sequences represent different NDV genotypes. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by a maximum likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replicates (bootstrap values are shown on the tree).
