Abiotic and Biotic Stress Journal (Absjournal) (ISSN: 2491-3901) publishes articles about all research aspects and techniques that aim to understand and improve the molecular and genetic mechanisms of plant responses and adaptation to all environmental stresses and climate changes. These include, but not limited to, research results and reviews in the following areas:
- Plant responses and adaptation to Drought, Salt and Osmotic Stresses.
- Plant responses and adaptation to Cold and Heat Stresses.
- Plant responses and adaptation to Nutrient Deficiency and Mineral-related Stresses.
- Plant Responses to Oxidative Stress, Ionizing Radiation, and CO2.
- Plant Responses to Chemical Polluants, Heavy Metals and Herbicides.
- Plant Responses to Waterlogging/submergence stress.
- Plant Responses to Bacterial Diseases.
- Plant Responses to Fungal Disease.
- Plant Responses to Viral Diseases.
- Signal Transduction of Biotic and abiotic Stress Tolerance.
- Functional Genomics of Biotic and Abiotic Stress Adaptation.
- Modelling and Systems Biology of Biotic and Abiotic Stress Tolerance.
- Breeding & Biotechnology and Improvement of Abiotic Stress Tolerance and Plant Productivity.
Although Absjournal is dedicated to publish articles in plant/environmental stresses' interactions, articles from other organisms that are of significance in advancing the comprehension of living cell adaptation to biotic and abiotic stresses will also be considered for publication.
In attempt to improve scientific methods and protocols, the journal will also consider the publication of negative results to let researchers think about, and improve, the work methodology.
