Alignment of ITS2 sequence of F. hepatica (GenBank accession MZ396929.1) and F. gigantica (MN970008.1) deposited in GenBank with F. hepatica and F. gigantica that found in livers of infected animals in Qualyobia Province, Egypt, snaps at 282, 321pb and indel at 310 pb in W7 isolate.
