Tubular lumen (LM) devoid of sperms and there was hyperplasia (HP) with increased in thickness of epithelial and appeared cribriform forms (CR), and increase of bubbly lipid vacuolization (V) in the supra-nuclear area of the principal cells and inflammatory infiltrate (FC).
