Cell morphological analysis in H1650 and Sf767 cells. There was no evident change in cell morphology with treatments. There was a distinct upregulation in cell number with Tgf-β. Slit2 cancelled the increase in cell number by TGF-β, whereas, with heparin addition, there was further reduction in cell number.
