Based on statistical analysis, the average epidermal reconstruction for each group did not significantly differ from day 0 to day 8. Significant differences occurred on day 12 and day 14. The average epidermal reconstruction of the normal, induction ACA, induction ACA Ag, induction DPP and induction DP0005 groups were significantly different than the induction DP001 and induction groups. There was no significant difference between the normal, induction ACA, induction ACA Ag, induction DPP, and induction DP0005 groups and there was no significant difference between the induction and the induction DP001 group.
