Phylogenetic tree of deer species with respect to query sequences using ATPase 6/8 genes. The reference sequence shows 100 bootstrap value with our query sequence. Moreover, it appears from this phylogenetic tree that Axis porcinus is closely related to cheetal deer (Axis axis).
