Detailed phylogenetic tree of NDV genotype VII using partial nucleotide sequences of the NDV-F gene. Sequences obtained in this study are marked with solid black circles. The phylogenetic tree was computed in the MEGA 6 software using neighbor-joining method with 1000 bootstrap replicates using Kimura-2 parameter and nucleotide substitution model.
