ALT Suppresses YAP expression via EGFR inhibition. (A) Western blot was performed to detect the effect of ALT on the expression and phosphorylation level of various members of Hippo pathway in U87-spheroid cells. (B) Protein expression and phosphorylation level of various members of Hippo pathway in U87-spheroid cells treated with erlotinib or ALT as single agent or combination of both for 96 h was examined by Western blotting. (C) Western blot was used to examine the effect of erlotinib or ALT on the expression of OCT4, SOX2 and NANOG in U87-spheroid cells.
