Phylogenetic analysis of HA and NA segments of the Egyptian H5N8 viruses, both the two isolates of this study are related to Egyptian H5N8 strains of clade 2.3.4.4.b which indicated with a black dot. Duck/BA3C/2018 is related to the Egyptian subgroup II and the Goose/BA71C/2018 is related to Egyptian subgroup I
