Phylogenetic analysis of the partial F gene sequencing. Isolates used in the present study are highlighted with a star. Along with Sequences represent different NDV VI sub genotypes. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by a maximum likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replicates (bootstrap values are shown on the tree).
