The phylogenetic tree analysis of ITS2 region of rDNA sequences of different trematodes species. The rumen fluke isolates collected from native sheep of Hyderabad, Sindh province, Pakistan shows the isolates were closely related to Paramphistumum epiclitum and evolutionary conservation between different trematode species.
