Phylogenetic tree of HA gene of LPAI H9N2, Egyptian viruses were labeled with the black dots as the target sequences of this study. The phylogenetic analysis was applied by MEGA 6 software, using Neighbor Joining method with bootstrap of 1000 replicates.
