Phylogenetic tree of NA gene of LPAI H9N2, five Egyptian viruses were labeled with the colored circles as the target sequences of this study. The phylogenetic analysis was constructed by MEGA 6 software, using Neighbor Joining method with bootstrap of 1000 replicates.
