OGTT activity of the compounds 3a-3g and 4a-4g. Oral glucose tolerance test was performed for the synthesized compounds in SD rats at the dose of 20mg/kg. Rats were orally administered with compounds 3a-3g and 4a-4g 30 min before the glucose dose (2 g/kg). The percentage reduction was noted at the interval 1, 2, and 5 hour of glucose dose (2 g/kg) and GC was used as reference drug.
